Rotomolding & Coating Materials

PolyE develops and supplies rotomolding-grade modified polyethylene and anti-corrosion coating materials for rotational molders and industrial coaters. Our modified polyethylenes are engineered for uniform wall thickness, low residual stress and consistent part quality across large, complex hollow parts.

Rotational molding products: water tanks, marine buoys, playground equipment

Rotomolding-grade modified HDPE

High-density polyethylene grades tuned for stiffness, impact strength and environmental stress-crack resistance (ESCR). Ideal for tanks, containers, industrial housings and structural rotomolded parts.

Rotomolding-grade modified MDPE

Medium-density grades balancing toughness and flexibility — a common choice for larger tanks, buoys and parts needing higher crack resistance than HDPE.

Rotomolding-grade modified LDPE

Low-density grades for flexibility, soft-touch and low-temperature performance in seals, liners and consumer-facing rotomolded goods.

Functional additive options

We tailor grades with one or more functional packages:

Antibacterial

Inhibits bacterial growth on surfaces — for water, food-contact and healthcare rotomolded parts.

Anti-algae

Reduces algae adhesion in water-storage and aquaculture tanks exposed to light.

Antistatic

Dissipates static for electronics, powder-handling and explosive-atmosphere components.

Flame retardant

Halogen-free or standard FR systems to meet transport, electrical and building requirements.

Anti-corrosion coating materials

Beyond rotomolding powders we supply lining/coating materials for corrosion protection:

PE anti-corrosion material

Polyethylene coating for steel pipes, tanks and fittings — chemical resistance and long service life.

PO anti-corrosion material

Polyolefin (PO) lining for aggressive chemical, electroplating and wastewater environments.
